Building a determined mindset and strong character are vital for an FC player.  We look for players who show focus, composure, and leadership as individuals.  At the same time, our coaches teach confidence, teamwork and being a positive influence within the team. 

FC teams play as one unit. Our coaches give players the freedom to grow individually while also learning how to find success together with their team on the field.  At the end of the day, players drive their own growth.  Players with a strong mindset find success and grow with consistent effort.
